There are two agendas at play here:
1. Deny Ukraine as a strategic partner to Russia, specifically in the areas of:
• Oil and Gas transit (Russia leases and operates the Ukranian pipelines delivering natural gas from Russia to Europe, one of their key economic exports).
• Agriculture – Ukraine is THE leading supplier of Russian grain imports, which number in the millions of tons per year.
2. Undercut the EU, specifically industrial and agricultural labor, who will have to compete with cheap labor exports from a non-member state.
This is bad for Ukraine, bad for the EU, and dangerously bad for nuclear-armed Russia.
Cui bono? Who else but the financier-cartel evil axis of the US, UK, Canada and Israel!
